- Turnaround time for this setvice is 7-14 business days. Weekends and holidays not included.
- Rush Service is an additional $15 and will minimize turnaround time to 7 business days.
STEPS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED:
Once order is placed and received, Grace Granted Co will send out a questionnaire, terms & conditions, and an invoice to the email entered at checkout. Please be advised that ALL invoices $100 and under must be paid IN-FULL within 72 hours of retrieval.
ALL invoices over $100 must be paid up to atleast 50% of order total to begin creation process. Remaining balance must be paid at half-way mark of creation process. ALL questionnaires and terms & conditions, must be filled out and signed within 5 days of retrieval or order will be cancelled.
BRAND ME
There is an absolute NO REFUND policy once an order has been completed and issued. If a dispute is filed during order creation process, order will be canceled and no product will be received. If Grace Granted Co makes a mistake, only a 15% refund will be issued.
