PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING ORDER:
Image based logos include any icons, elements, & pictures. Cartoon of individual is NOT included. If looking for  a cartoon logo please visit our "cartoon" page to order. 
If adding a secondary logo and/or submark to order there will be an additional $20 added per graphic.
Turnaround time for this product is 3-4 weeks (business days). Weekends and holidays are NOT included.
Rush fee is an additional $20 and will minimize turnaround time to 2 weeks (business days). Weekends and holidays are NOT included.
 
STEPS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED:
Once order is placed and received, Grace Granted Co will send out a questionnaire, terms & conditions, and an invoice to the email entered at checkout. Please be advised that ALL invoices $100 and under must be paid IN-FULL within 72 hours of retrieval.  ALL invoices over $100 must be paid up to atleast 50% of order total to begin creation process. Remaining balance must be paid at half-way mark of creation process. ALL questionnaires and terms & conditions, must be filled out and signed within 72 hours of retrieval or order will be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY:
There is an absolute NO REFUND policy once an order has been completed and issued. If a dispute is filed during order creation process, order will be canceled and no product will be received. If Grace Granted Co makes a mistake, only a 15% refund will be issued. 
 
REVISIONS:
There is a maximum of 3 free revisions per logo order during the creation process. If 3 revisions are maxed out, there will be a fee of $15 PER revision. Revision fees MUST be paid prior to revisions being made.
